I'm +1 on releasing 4.19.2 on January, it already has a good amount of
fixes and version 4.19 could receive some love.
If you need any help with the release, I volunteer myself to be your
assistant. I just have to say that on January I'll be on vacation, but I
can help you until then, and if the version gets delayed, I can help
finish the job as well :)

I want to propose to release 4.19.2 by the end of january. This is also me
volunteering to do the RM work.
I want to make an inventory of remaining PRs/issues before the holidays and
assign value. I would like to have a sprint to resolve as many bugs as
possible and test the fixes.
