VMware to KVM migration issue

Hi All,

We are trying to migrate the vm from vmware to kvm using cloudstack feature
and getting error.

virt-v2v conversion of the ovf is failed

VMware : 8.0
KVM: ubuntu 20
ACS: 4.19

Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you!
