Actually Acronis does VM level backups as well.

I think they might have mixed up Acronis and Veeam, there's definitely no 
Acronis integration and VEEAM isn't listed on the site.

Hi Wido,

AFAIK, Acronis uses an agent installed inside the guest VMs to backup files, 
disks, etc.
It is an os-level backup, not a vm-level backup.
In my opinion, users can use Acronis without any codes on CloudStack.
