Hi Don't waste your time, it's not working, you've to figure it out by yourself, don't count on cloudstack to be as intelligent as expected to handle a MySQL HA setup.
We did it without the mysql-ha buggy jar, and we are now able to get a HA manager but with some manual action in case of DR to be played.
