[ACS411][ACS42] CS-3904: Patch request

Hi,

I'd like to request a patch request for both 4.1.1 and 4.2 for issue 
CS-3904.

Commit 8e4e56f73175363038a5361fe99e882562c2913a resolves this issue, but 
it should imho be fixed in 4.1.1 since this is hurting KVM installations 
with (recurring) snapshotting.
