Not that I know of. 4.1 was released with this known issue. The plan is to fix this and other issues in the point release 4.1.1. For now the workaround mentioned in the bug report is unfortunately the only solution. > > 2. Sometimes the error will be found in catalina.out, so do check over there. How much memory have you given for your managment server VM?
