Hi, On clean builds of 4.1-SNAPSHOT I'm getting an issue where the cloudstack-management service can't start because of the permissions on /var/log/cloudstack/management/catalina.out
If I change the permissions to allow root user and group has full control of the file. Then the service can start. Is anyone else seeing this? What should the user and group permissions be?
