Bylaws are now visible at: http://cloudstack.apache.org/bylaws.html Proposals to change the bylaws should now be in the form of diffs of the source file: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cloudstack/site/trunk/content/bylaws.mdtext The wiki page content has been replaced with a pointer to the official source now.
