Ilya and I spoke. There are a couple of things that *we* should probably document about the role / process within our community. I'll try to add some docs for publishing the RPM/DEB packages (as well as pypi for cloudmonkey) while I actually do it for 4.1.0. That'll help a bit. I'll let him answer the call for an RM more officially, but I think we found our sucker^Wvolunteer. ;-) -chip
