This is disappointing, yes. We wouldn't have released 4.0.2 if we knew the upgrade was broken. However, we can't "re-release" a version. That "Status" is inaccurate (and is now just removed). Actually, we're only working on the *final* bugs to do the 4.1 release. These are actually (as Sebastian noted) all upgrade related. You can watch this list to know where we stand (look for [ACS41] tagged email subjects). As of this morning, only 3 bugs outstanding for 4.1.0.
