While we wait for feedback from Nicolas on CLOUDSTACK-2309, does anyone
from Citrix (who worked on version 2.x) have any ideas why static routes
defined in 2.x would be missing from a 3.x system VM (deployed by 4.1.0
management server)?

It's possible that Nicolas needed to destroy the system VM instead of
stopping / restarting it, but I figured I'd ask for ideas in case there
are any...
