Thanks Sheng for clarification. I checked Affected version and now filtered 
with fix version as well and see that it is targeted to 4.2.00

CLOUDSTACK-1827: patch is already in MASTER, patch request for 4.1 sent to 
mailing list.
CLOUDSTACK-1755: Fix version is 4.2, we didn't plan to fix it in 4.1 and it's
