1006 I just closed, it ended up being a duplicate of a bug recently fixed. 431 references old stuff that doesn't seem to say much any more (or I can't reach), but I believe it's about trying to bring up a zone when you have a bunch of hosts. The management server can't handle all of the agents connecting. The workaround was to increase your number of worker threads, or bring up your agents in a rolling fashion. I'm not familiar with how to fix this or where. 155 sounds like something that needs to be fixed, but probably not a blocker.
