The task of creating the 4.1 Release Notes is tracked in the bug noted below. This is the time in the release cycle where lots of ideas pop up about things we should be sure to mention in the Release Notes. It would be great to have a way to keep track of those ideas. I've started by adding a couple of items as comments in this bug.
