IMO, we should select the third one, the commit for PG14, and to Cloudberry main. For the next coming release, cherry-pick it from Cloudberry main to the REL_x_STABLE branch. Although the changes are the same, they have different meanings for our downstream projects. It has already been verified in the upstream targeted branch; just see if it works for us, cherry-picking it or skipping it. I believe rare and unexpected situations, like improvements on Postgres's main or other branches not in our target upstream, can benefit Cloudberry a lot and are worth the cost. We may sometimes introduce these into our main branch speratelly. How do you think?
