Hi all, The Open Source Promotion Plan (OSPP) 2025 is now open for community registration. Similar to Google Summer of Code, OSPP aims to encourage university students worldwide to participate in open-source development. As part of this program, our committers can propose project ideas for students to apply and contribute to.
I’ve previously helped other Apache projects with OSPP, and some of the participating students later became active contributors. This year, I’d like to help our Cloudberry community register for the program. Since we’re new to OSPP, I’m not sure how many task slots we’ll get, but let’s give it a try!
