Hi all, This is the 2nd batch of PRs focusing on license-related updates.
1) PR#935 <https://github.com/apache/cloudberry/pull/935> Description: This PR adds the ASF license headers to the new files created by the Cloudberry community and removes the old HashData copyright info from the PG/GP files. Status: Ready to review 2) PR#812 <https://github.com/apache/cloudberry/pull/812> Description: This PR updates the LICENSE and NOTICE to match the latest files shipped in Cloudberry. Here taking the HAWQ LICENSE as a reference. Status: ready for the review. Note: for the 3-clause-bsd related files, I add their copyright files separately in the licenses/ dir. I'm not sure if they're ok. Would appreciate it if our mentors could also get involved in reviewing these changes. Your feedback will help ensure we comply with ASF's guidelines.
