Hi Cloudberry Developers,

This is a quick reminder regarding an issue you might encounter with older
pull requests where CI is not running.

Some PRs created with an earlier template might include the string [skip ci]
in their title or body. This was used intentionally at the time to bypass
CI but has since been removed from the PR template.

If you notice that CI is not running for an old PR:

   1. Check the PR title and body for the string [skip ci].
   2. If you find it, simply update the title or body to remove the string.

Once the string is removed, CI should be re-enabled, and the necessary
checks will proceed as expected.
