It does appear this is related to the underlying GitHub workflow environment switching from Ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04. I have a PR that will pin our workflows to Ubuntu 22.04. I am adding it along with my current PR ( https://github.com/apache/cloudberry/pull/766). If I could get some eyes on the changes so I can get it reviewed. It will help us get unstuck.
