Java 11 support for OpenCMIS

Hi all,

The OpenCMIS code in trunk should now compile with Java 11.
I've update Apache CXF to 3.3.0 and changed a few other things to make 
that possible.
It passes the TCK but I’ve not done any other testing so far.
