I haven't been very active at ASF lately, so I'm stepping down as a
moderator of many mailing lists (INFRA-11076
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/servicedesk/agent/INFRA/issue/INFRA-11076>).
As a result, infra tells that the following Chemistry mailing lists now
have fewer than the recommended three moderators:
commits@chemistry only has ONE moderator now.
dev@chemistry only has TWO moderators now.
private@chemistry only has TWO moderators now.
So it would be good to have at least one new volunteer to moderate the

more details.
