That is not a CMIS Workbench issue. The OpenCMIS client library, which is used 
by the CMIS Workbench, takes the URL that has been provided by the server. The 
client library does not compile or touch this URL.
The URL that you provided also looks encoded. So, there is no client problem 
here.

Which OpenCMIS version is used by the server? Which servlet engine is it 
deployed on?
Does the server have a filter in front of the OpenCMIS implementation that may 
change the parameters?
