Hi all,

The Chemistry Parts contribution [1] has become a sub project of Apache 
Chemistry [2].
Please welcome Patricia, Ben, Mark, Jim, Sanija, and Colin who have 
contributed the code and joined Apache Chemistry. They will maintain and 
develop this sub project.
