I've been through all of the patches that I've seen applied to the Drupal.org
CMIS API which contains an old version of the PHP CMIS lib and applied them to
the latest version of the project on Apache Chemistry.
This adds support for renditions, fixes issues with creating content and adds
support for Alfresco 4.2
