Debugging this, Spring seems to register both a regular EntityManager and a
'shared' one that perhaps references the first, not sure.
However, this seems most likely a bug upstream. Will go away eventually. For
now we have a workaround in CausewayModulePersistenceJpaIntegration.
Keep this issue open until the workaround was removed.
