When exporting a metamodel, I see some classes such as java.util.function stuff

When exporting a metamodel, I see some classes such as java.util.function stuff
that doesn't look like it should be there. And sometimes it can be difficult
to discover how one's own classes get to be added o the metamodel.
So it would be good to have a dev utility to see how the metamodel is built up,
for debugging such cases.
Summary: Remove some java.util and similar classes from
metamodel, don't think they should be there. (was: Generate a yml file showing
graph of how we build the metamodel)
