Steps to reproduce:
# In Hello World create new object
# Copy entity URL from address bar
# Delete object in wicket UI
# Paste entity URL into address bar and load
org.apache.wicket.markup.MarkupException: Unable to find component with id
'bookmarks' in [WebMarkupContainer [Component id = entityPageContainer]]
Expected: 'theme:entityPageContainer:bookmarks'.
