Description:
what I notice (though I didn't see this originally) is that changing the offset
does in fact change the time, so the value is entered is actually captured;
however it is always shown as +0100 (which is my current timezone, UK british
summer time).
Is this correct behaviour? Or should it be possible to change the offset to
some other value and have that be remembered?
