Hi Jack, looking into this more deeply, I think that it should not be its own command.
It should be a subfeature of already nodetool clearsnapshot. Something like: nodetool clearsnapshot --older-than 30d it will be much easier with our work since we will have the flag "createdAt" exposed in the snapshot manifest under 16451. Would you be interested in exploring this idea and accommodating your patch accordingly? That would be very helpful. Our work is more about telling when we want to expire upon taking a snapshot but your about expriring any snapshot, not only TTL one.
