To clarify: assuming we have something like this *in project governance*, I definitely think it'd be helpful to have this on the downloads page and the default "getting started building" experience we recommend. Alternatively we could update the wiki to have a tools page and different ecosystem participants just add the various things they have that support Cassandra and link them there.
