Any one interested in helping with this?

I would really appreciate the Cassandra community's help on this effort.
Hopefully, this research will guide us toward better approaches to enforce
SLOs on storage systems, thus will eventually benefit the community.

Also, please let me know if I should have posted this request to other,
more appropriate list instead of this one.
