The "easiest" (in quotes given the size of that cluster) approach is to add
a new datacenter with shiny new nodes and configured for single token. Once
the 'add' is complete, de-commission the old one. This approach of
evacuating to a new DC is pretty safe. The only downside is the temporary
2x capacity cost.
