I have an ongoing INFRA ticket with the testing issues we've seen when
utilizing the ASF's Jenkins infrastructure. Basically, the results are
erratic, due to other project (and Cassandra) concurrent test runs. Our
testing on CassCI is pretty stable, since we do not run any concurrent
tests. Cassandra tests open network sockets and hammer servers pretty
hard, so running alongside other jobs on the same server have resulted
in random network errors and timeouts.

INFRA indicated that some other projects have dedicated test slaves, and
that they could evaluate this, based on need and available resources.
They have indicated in the latest comment that the Cassandra project
could provide servers, and INFRA could set them up in Jenkins as
dedicated project slaves.

Is anyone interested in helping provide some stable testing slaves that
we can use in ASF's Jenkins? If so, I'd be happy to get extra details
and facilitate the setup with INFRA. Thanks!
