Hi all, We have almost reached 3 months since the last release and already have close to 160 resolved issues [1]. It would be great if we could have a new Calcite release by the end of this month to keep a steady cadence and keep the release burden lightweight.
To begin with, we will need a release manager. Is there someone available to lead the 1.43.0 release? There have been various dependency and docker improvements in Avatica so it may be a good time to also make a jump to avatica-1.29.0 but we will need to release that beforehand.
