libratiger opened a new issue #889: update the protos file up to proto3 URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-brpc/issues/889 如果被其他Proto3的项目引用的时候回出错，报头文件是更老版本protoc生成的， 现在的bazel版本要求的protobuf最小版本都是3.6了，是否有计划把定义的proto都升级到3呢？
