4.18.2 is a patch release on the 4.18 line. It partitions the index and filter blocks of the entry location RocksDB, fixes the bookie startup log to print only the settings that differ from the defaults, and updates LightProto (0.9.3), commons-configuration2, bc-fips and lz4-java.
