Hi Bookkeeper Community, I would like to start a VOTE on " Change the API for org.apache.bookkeeper.stats.Counter."(BP-58) It changes the API for org.apache.bookkeeper.stats.Counter. we have updated its implementation in bookkeeper projects, when bookkeeper-4.16.0 is released, we can update its implementation in other projects
