* git clone source code and checkout tag release-4.14.1-rc0
* mvn install to localhost
* change pulsar’s bookkeeper dependency to 4.14.1 in pom.xml
* mvn package pulsar source code
* deploy pulsar lib on BIGO pulsar test cluster
* produce to and consume from pulsar topic
* start prometheus server and check BookKeeper and Pulsar prometheus parsed
metrics
* All metrics looks good
* BookKeeper and Pulsar works fine.
