Hi Bookies, I was looking at using https://crowdin.com/ for the automatic translation of the new BookKeeper website. As a part of that I was following the steps @Sijie Guo <s...@streamnative.io> had done for Pulsar and noticed that someone had already created a crowdin page for Apache BookKeeper. Turns out it was Lobo Xu <https://github.com/loboxu>, an active member of the Pulsar translation team. I asked him if he was interested in helping us out in BookKeeper and he said he would love to help us with our new website.
We had some conversation about how the translation process works but I figured I should start a mailing list thread about it for the wider audience.
