I am delaying 4.7.0 release a bit to align it with pulsar 2.0 release, since yahoo merge is done and pulsar switches to use 4.7.0. would like to catch any bugs related yahoo merges before 4.7.0 release to make sure pulsar smoothly switch to use apache release in its 2.0 release. - Sijie
