Vitaly has been with Beam since early 2021. Vitaly has contributed broadly. Here are some higlights: added new core transforms to the Java SDK, improved many IOs, added CdapIO, improved Beam Playground, and a lot of work on Beam's testing infrastructure, including communicating out to the dev@ list about what is happening. Considering his contributions to the project over this timeframe, the Beam PMC trusts Vitaly with the responsibilities of a Beam committer. [1] Thank you Vitaly!
