Hi all, I'm Charles and I'm interested in Beam's GSoC project this year on enhancing data lineage support (GitHub Issue 33980<https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/33980> and 33981<https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/33981>).

I received some early comments from reaching out to a few people already but just want to share the doc here as well for broader feedback from the community. Really appreciate any additional suggestions on it! I've taken a great interest in the observability problem space, and I've always been looking for the growth opportunity to work with data processing technology such as Beam.
