Viewer permission on the GCP

Hi! I am Quique, a mexican student that would like to participate in the 
project. I was invited by @pabloem to work with him to solve the issue 
https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/33644 , to solve this pablo told me that 
I would need access to the GCP project. Can I please have viewer permission on 
the GCP project so I can wrap my head around it? - Quique (@ksobrenat32)
