If it's done in the next few days, before the cut it would be worth including as a callout and link to the page in 2.59.0's CHANGES.md Website changes are technically outside of the release cycle, which make updates harder to surface, but if we include them in CHANGES, they become part of the release notes which geta better readership, even if the content has been live longer.
