Hello everyone, Throttle time counters were introduced to give clients the option to self regulate when the service is overwhelmed by requests. Currently, we have different namespaces for each IO and languages. We would instead like to have a dedicated namespace for this counter. We have put together a proposal for the same and would appreciate any feedback or comments.
