Hey everyone, This week I spent much of my time getting the docs out since the release steps were not there yet <https://github.com/apache/avro/tree/main/doc#avro-version>. I created a first PR on building the website from Github <https://github.com/apache/avro/pull/3092> Actions <https://github.com/apache/avro/pull/3092>, if you have time, please take a look.
Based on this experience I'm inclined to release all artifacts for 1.11.4 since that's easier. I've created a PR to resurrect the Docker image to test and build the releases <https://github.com/apache/avro/pull/3099>. Once this is merged, I'll work on running the distributions. If we want to do separate releases, from my experience working on the docs and releases, It makes much more sense to start breaking out languages in separate repositories. Similar to what's being done in Iceberg (Python example <https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python>) or Datafusion (Python example <https://github.com/apache/datafusion-python>).
