## What is the purpose of the change `-Wall` is a good start, but really not sufficient, as it doesn't turn on many compiler warnings which help catch bugs. Turning on `-Wextra` lets the compiler check more things, reducing potential bugs. ## Verifying this change This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage. ## Documentation - Does this pull request introduce a new feature?
