I didn't find any information about licensing, but according to the pricing
page (http://web.biicode.com/pricing/), there is a "free plans get UNLIMITED
public blocks and collaborators".
Regarding to the integration with Biicode, I found this
(http://docs.biicode.com/c++/adapt_library_guide.html). Maybe it will be
helpful for you.
