Attachment: AVRO-1491-build-dist-include-ipc.patch
Amended the script to include build/ipc folder when creating the tar.gz and
cleaning up - please see the patch attached.
I could not actually test it as I don't have a shell env at hand - but as the
change is trivial there is a good chance it works fine. Please could someone
try it on linux/cygwin?
