There has recently been some great work to improve the [ Aurora docs ](
https://github.com/apache/incubator-aurora/tree/master/docs ), and while the
website is currently up-to-date in terms of rendering these files, our docs
README which lists and links to them (and is the content that renders on [
aurora.incubator.apache.org/documentation/latest/ ](
http://aurora.incubator.apache.org/documentation/latest/ ) is now out-of-date.

I thought this was a good time to re-assess how we organize docs in the README,
so I created the following Google Doc to kickoff a potential discussion on how
we do this:

[
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UGKs7jHzpIHf5HA8noZ3U7GR3DtLFmoEixLuCwXHTaw/edit?usp=sharing
 ](
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UGKs7jHzpIHf5HA8noZ3U7GR3DtLFmoEixLuCwXHTaw/edit?usp=sharing
 )

My suggestion is that we bucket docs largely into three audiences: users,
operators, and developers.

What do folks think about this approach? Did I miscategorize any of our
existing docs? Is this something worth creating a ticket for and changing?
